Romania's health-food entrepreneurs

The organic food trend may not yet be big in Eastern Europe and the Balkans but some countries are better prepared than others. In Romania, agricultural land covers more than half of the country's territory and its location on the Black Sea allows for a wide variety of fruit, herbs and vegetables to be grown. I visit the capital, Bucharest, to investigate the country's nascent health-food industry.
